Garfield School District
Community Child Care Center sub-contracts with 6 local School Districts (St. John, Endicott, Rosalia, Tekoa, Garfield, and Palouse) and with the WSU Children’s Center to provide ECEAP throughout Whitman County. The School Districts and WSU operate preschool sessions which meet all ECEAP standards, and CCCC provides ECEAP enrollment to eligible families into these community programs. In addition to the preschool services provided by the District or WSU, CCCC provides the ECEAP family support services, health services, parent activities, and administrative requirements for these programs.
The District additionally enrolls other community children ages 3 – 5 who do not qualify for ECEAP, providing 3 hours of preschool daily, Monday – Thursday.
