Community Child Care Center is now hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher!

​

The lead teacher is directly responsible for the care and education of children, ensuring that the classroom and educational program meet the mission of CCCC and complies with all program standards, policies, and procedures specific to the program. The lead teacher will also serve as a positive role model to the staff, parents and children and will supervise the planning of a curriculum that is developmentally appropriate for the children enrolled in the program. This is a full time, full year position.

-Low Child Ratio

-Designated Planning Time Daily

-Collaboration Time with Classroom Team Weekly

-Ongoing Professional Training Development

Preferred Qualifications: AA Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related degree and experience working with preschoolers. Minimum Qualification: Some college or ECE credits, 1year experience with preschool age children and a willingness to continue education in ECE. Successful candidate must be a nurturing person who enjoys working in a busy, team-oriented environment and is able to supervise other staff.

Pay: $19.25 - $22.55 per hour
