School-aged program includes all non-school days, holidays and late start days for inclement weather.

Enrollment & Admission Requirements

• We enroll children ages 12 months through 12 years of age.
• Flexible enrollment schedules and drop-in care is available, depending on space available.
• Both full time and part-time programs are available.
• Parents will be required to fully fill out the following forms before a child may attend:

          Emergency

          Introducing My Family and Me

          Parent Consent

          USDA Childcare-school district only

          Certificate of Immunization Status form

          Health-Nutrition form
