Enrollment & Admission Requirements

• We enroll children ages 12 months through 12 years of age.
• Flexible enrollment schedules and drop-n care is available, depending on space.
• Both full time and part-time programs are available.
• Parents will be required to fully fill out the following forms before a child may attend:

          Certificate of Immunization Status form
